Explaining laser leveling
A laser unit device sends a plane of laser light out over the working area at target pre-established to build the new surface.
This plane of laser light is used as reference to control the blade height. It can be set to zero slope, single slope or dual slope.
A laser receiver is mounted on the machine cutting/depositing blade to a rigid mast.
A receiver unit receives signals sent from the sender laser unit.
The laser receiver transfers the elevation-data to the control box, which controls the cutting/depositing blade of the machine.
The cutting/depositing blade machine obeys mechanically to a hydraulic system operated by the control box mounted on the tractor.
