Explaining laser leveling
A laser unit device sends a plane of laser light out over the working area at target pre-established to build the new surface.
This plane of laser light is used as reference to control the scraping/depositing laser box height. It can be set to zero slope, single slope or dual slope.
A laser receiver is mounted on the machine cutting/depositing box to a rigid mast.
A receiver unit obtains signals sent from the sender laser light unit.
The laser receiver transfers the elevation-data to the control box, which controls the blade unit, depositing or scrapping surfacing material until a smooth finish is obtained.
The cutting/depositing blade machine obeys mechanically to a hydraulic system operated by the control box mounted on the tractor.
